Mike Tessler


Michael is a proven business leader and technology pioneer. As former CEO of BroadSoft, Michael led the company from its early beginnings to its successful exit to Cisco in 2018.

Along with his co-founder, they led the creation of a new industry, moving enterprise communications to the cloud.

Craig Decker


Former Cisco Managing Director, Cloud and Hosted Solutions, Craig has more than 20 years of experience within the global telecommunications market. Prior to Cisco, Craig was responsible for EMEA sales at BroadSoft, worldwide sales at VoIP vendor Newport Networks and also held Executive VP roles at CoSine Communications where he was instrumental in attracting an array of prestigious carrier customers and gained valuable experience in the commercialization of emerging technologies.
